As it's coming close to an end for year 2017
I think it is a good opportunity to reflect back how it has been for me in year 2017.
Preparing to pack my stuffs for studies in Sydney and packing my stuffs in my room so that my younger sis has more space to put her stuff in the cupboard and shelves and preventing my stuffs from collecting dust too.
For the first semester, I felt it was quite unbelievable that I really am here in Sydney, looking at the opera house, like wow.
Slowly at around mid year, I started to feel that I getting used to the environment and feeling everything was real, and less amazed about studying at overseas hahas, I'll guess when it is during school curriculum time, I didn't join any clubs or societies so every day may just seem like a norm, other than attending some events organised by the SHS(NSW) and sometimes hanging out with my friends in my course, I probably don't have much social life, lol.
Went to visit Isy during the winter break, first time taking a plane on my own sia.
It was really enjoyable and memorable with someone I know for about 4-5 years, I feel like it is still important to go on a holiday with someone you are close with as it might be less stressful and more comfortable.
Went back to sg during the winter break as well, giving my second sis, her bdae surprise!
Second semester was really quite hectic as school starts later and end later as well, there were more assignments and stuffs
I have started to know more people from other courses after exams finished loh. Thanks to my friends' housewarming, it was really fun and entertaining.
Went to melbourne with a friend from another course, I was really glad we still get along quite well as I was initally afraid that we couldn't get along since we wasn't very close and we don't really have the chance to get to know each other that well yet.
Went to adelaide on my own, my first ever solo trip! It was amazing!!
I'm really glad that I enjoyed the trip overall as most of my plans were carried out very smoothly and better than I expected too!
Watched a movie in the cinema by myself, it was something that I never dare to do, cos it will seem very pathetic sia, but I guess it really depends on what type of genre I'm watching that may be suitable for loner to watch alone.
I had a great boxing day, huge spender that day.
Preparing to pack my stuffs more dilligently as I'm moving out very soon.
Lastly, can't wait for the NYE hopefully it won't rain on the day itself to catch the fireworks!!
